Sipho's story · illustrative

Sipho, 31, is an electrician from Durban with six years' experience and no German. The book follows him from the Recognition Finder to a partially equivalent notice from the Handwerkskammer, an A2 certificate, a recognition partnership with a German employer, and his first day on site: „Guten Morgen, ich bin der neue Elektriker aus Südafrika.“

Why this one

Built for South Africans heading to German jobs.

General courses and apps are good at what they do. None of them were written for an artisan or engineer from Durban, Pretoria or Gqeberha. Our comparison of typical products in each category:

Questions

Before you buy

What exactly do I download?

One ZIP: the 60-page PDF, a large-print PDF, a screen-reader HTML edition, and 62 MP3 tracks (53 minutes) with a track list. It works on any phone or computer.

I've never studied German. Is it for me?

Yes. Unit 1 starts from "Guten Morgen". The book takes you towards A1–A2 for work situations; you will still need a certified course and exam for the visa.

Is the audio recorded by native speakers?

Version 1.0 uses high-quality open-source German voices, so pronunciation is consistent and clear. Edition 2 adds native-speaker recordings.

Is this immigration advice?

No. It's career and language education with sources for every rule. Always confirm with the official portals and the German Embassy in Pretoria before you apply or pay.

How do I pay from South Africa?

Checkout is through Gumroad with your card in US dollars (about R275). You get the download straight away and by email.
